SOME BRIEF DEFINITIONS:

Nicantlacayotl = the civilization, culture, and heritage of the Indigenous-Descent People of the Western Hemisphere.

Toltecayotl = the civilization, culture, and heritage of Tollan, the prestigious city-ideal of Central Mexico. "Toltec" means "artist", but it's wider meaning is an expression of an educated, accomplished, and skilled person of knowledge.

Mexicayotl = the the civilization, culture, and heritage of of the Mexica (a.k.a. "Aztecs"). They carried the torch of the Toltecayotl ideal.

Both Toltecayotl and Mexicayotl are specific to "Mexico". But the concept of Nicantlacayotl can be applied to the entire 'Western Hemispher". This includes the great civilization of Tawantinsuyu ("South America"). So, Nicantlacayotl is larger, more inclusive. It is a way of giving a name to all this ancient, prestigious heritage that we can claim as our own, and build upon in the future.
